2. Description of Service

LN Audio provides a web-based storytelling application that delivers software functionality for enhanced reading experiences with optional audio playback. The Service includes both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Content Source and Licensing

LN Audio provides software tools that enable enhanced reading experiences. Content accessible through the application is provided by creators who confirm they have the necessary rights to make it available.

LN Audio does not host, distribute, or promote unauthorized content. We do not allow the unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of copyrighted works. LN Audio is a software application, not a content marketplace or distribution platform.

4. User-Generated Content

LN Audio hosts content uploaded by users. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.

By uploading content to LN Audio, you:

  • Confirm that you own all rights to the content or have proper licensing and authorization
  • Grant LN Audio a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display your content on the platform
  • Agree to comply with our Creator Guidelines
  • Accept responsibility for any claims arising from your uploaded content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies, applicable laws, or third-party rights without prior notice.

5. Copyright Compliance

LN Audio complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and responds promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

We maintain a repeat infringer policy and will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

7. Subscription and Billing

LN Audio plans to offer a premium subscription priced at $2.99 per month. At the time of account verification, paid subscriptions are not yet active.

Once subscriptions are enabled:

  • Payments will be processed by our Merchant of Record
  • Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Users will be able to cancel at any time through their account or the checkout system
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To request a refund, users may contact support or submit a request through the checkout system.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Download, copy, or redistribute content without authorization
  • Use automated means to access or scrape the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LN Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Service Availability and No Guarantee

LN Audio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the availability of specific content at all times. Content availability may change due to licensing, technical, or operational reasons. LN Audio streams audio content. Downloads of copyrighted content are not permitted.
